1. Sales Executive

Location: C-149, Industrial Area, Phase-7, Mohali, Punjab

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing luxury vehicles by understanding their needs.
• Provide expert knowledge about vehicle features, benefits, and financing options.
• Coordinate and schedule test drives and vehicle demonstrations.
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure excellent post-sale service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for the automotive industry and luxury vehicles.
• Previous experience in automotive sales is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

2. Customer Service Representative

Location: C-149, Industrial Area, Phase-7, Mohali, Punjab

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding vehicle availability, features, pricing, and financing.
• Address any customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in scheduling appointments, test drives, and consultations with sales staff.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on sales leads.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and manage customer queries efficiently.
• Experience in customer service or the automotive industry is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and customer management software.

3. Automotive Technician

Location: C-149, Industrial Area, Phase-7, Mohali, Punjab

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics of vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance and repair work on pre-owned luxury cars.
• Ensure all vehicles are in optimal condition before sale.
• Maintain accurate records of all repairs and service activities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mechanic, particularly with luxury vehicles.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures.
• Ability to work with advanced tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
